I have decided that I need to get back into the hobbies that I enjoy so much. The hubby has to work tomorrow, so I'll be spending the day doing the things that I love to do. {Card Making} Before I moved to VA I used to make cards all the time with my sis-n-law. We used to have card making get together's and it was so much fun. I would bring all my supplies over and she would bring out the tons and tons of supplies she had! We would spend hours designing and creating cards for any occasion. My favorites are Christmas Cards.
This card making occasion will be Thanksgiving Cards. I will be visiting Michael's in the am with my 40% off coupon to get some new supplies...love shopping for this kind of stuff!
Next on my list of to do's:
1. make applepie
2. make blueberry pie
3. make pumpkin bread
4. make Christmas Cards
5. make fall decorations for the centerpiece for my mom's table for thanksgiving
6. bring out the sewing machine that I got for Christmas last year that I have yet to open or touch...learning to sew is going to be an adventure for me but totally exicted!
This should keep me busy for awhile!
I will post some of my cards that I made this weekend sometime in the next few days!

Today, I must trust in the Lord and lean on him for strength and courage!! This is hard for me because I want to be the one in control of this outcome we are about to face! If "it" happened, there is no changing this, or if "it hasn't happened, there is no changing this. What's suppose to be done, has already happened!

They have to be HOMEMADE! I don't care how good you say a store bought Pumpkin Pie is, it will never compare to a Libby's Pumpkin Pie with fresh homemade whipping cream!

This is what gets me up in the morning. I stock up when it first comes out, because once Christmas is over, it disappears and you don't see it again until the next Fall.
